Solar Schools (Green Vouchers)

The Federal Government has announced a $489 million National Solar Schools Program. This campaign is will educate school students on sustainable, climate change solutions. These crucial lessons will assist the younger generation to manage a problem they have inherited.

Solar Schools (formerly Greenvouchers) is the new campaign from the Federal Government aimed to make Australian Schools as sustainable as possible and tackle the climate change challenge head on.

Every School in Australia will be entitled to $50,000 to install a 2 kilowatt solar system and a range of other efficiency measures such as:

• Solar power systems
• Lighting upgrades
• Sky Lights
• Shade Awnings
• Solar Hot Water Systems
• Rainwater Tanks

This program will commence by 1^st July 2007. We recommend you secure a quote prior to this date.
